Customized Event Plan
When you book a consultation with us, we will work with you to create your comprehensive event plan complete with a timeline and tools for keeping your budget and other events details on track. These can be used to organize your events as they are, or you can make them your own. These trackers and tools will organize your event planning and make you look good, whether you’re pulling together a small party or a large conference.
Personalized Vendor List
After your event consultation, you will receive a personalized list of vendors and contacts with introductions to their best contact person. As you plan your events, you get peace of mind knowing each of our vendors has already been verified through a 4-point check. We only offer you the best quality, local businesses that you can trust.
Trouble Shooting
If you come across issues while planning your event, we are here to help you redirect or troubleshoot. We can also help with developing sponsorship levels and language to capture your perfect audience. Sometimes a listening and experienced ear is exactly the help you need when you’re feeling stuck.
Consultations
Event Consultations are $65/hour, with discounts and flat rates available for larger projects.
